1 · Find
Who should buy from you, and what is out to bid
Two engines on one profile: organisations that fit what you sell, and open bids you can win — scored, ranked and explained.
Describe, don’t build
Say what you sell in plain language — or paste your website and let AI fill the profile in, NAICS codes included. No lists to upload, no filters to tune.
Fit scores you can read
Every organisation is scored 0–100 and ranked Tier A, B or C. Open one to see each dimension, the source behind it, and what data is still missing.
Three lead pools
Hospitals and care providers — Medicare- or Medicaid-certified surgery centres and nursing homes — from CMS data, or businesses registered with SAM.gov, by industry and state. Tick one pool or several; your target industries rank the hospitals and businesses in them.
Open bids, RFPs and grants
SAM.gov, Grants.gov and USAspending, state and local open-data portals, and your own BidNet alerts forwarded by email — matched to what you sell, not just to a keyword.
Before the RFP exists
A recompete forecast of contracts ending in your NAICS codes, planned procurements, state and local contract registers, and early notices such as sources-sought.
Year-end money
Each buyer’s fiscal year is tracked, so you see who is in the last quarter of a budget that has to be spent.
Near you
Place of performance, a radius filter and a map of open opportunities.
2 · Decide
Bid, team up, or walk away
An honest answer before you spend a week writing — with the reasons shown.
Bid / no-bid, with reasons
A verdict on every opportunity — bid, conditional or no-bid — from the gates you pass, the set-aside, the incumbent and the effort. When you can’t bid alone, it shows the route: team, subcontract, register or pivot.
Incumbent and competitor intel
Who holds the work now, who won similar awards, and how this agency buys — from public award history.
Contract vehicles
GWACs, GSA Schedules, IDIQs and BPAs you could ride, with their task-order history and published labour rates. Ask questions about any of them.
Teaming partners
Record the primes you sub under and the subs you prime over, with their certifications. A sub-award map shows who really hires subcontractors; the directory shows who to approach.
Won, lost, no-bid
Record every outcome with a reason, and see your win rate by agency, category, value band and set-aside.
Market gaps
Where buyers are spending that nothing in your catalogue answers yet — for deciding what to offer next, not only what to bid.
3 · Respond
An RFP workspace for every pursuit
From the solicitation to a branded response, with nothing missed and nothing retyped.
Summary and bid brief
The opportunity in a page: what is being bought, the evaluation criteria, the risks, and a realistic view of your chances.
Compliance matrix
Every requirement pulled out of the solicitation with its source, so nothing in section L or M is answered by accident — or not at all.
A drafted response in the buyer’s format
Written as the deliverables the solicitation asks for. It reads the published documents and the files you upload — PDF or Word — and writes in the prime’s name when you are teaming.
Answer and past-performance library
Your best prior answers, capability statements and past performance, searchable by meaning and reused in every draft. Seed it from past proposals and your own federal award record.
Amendments, Q&A and deadlines
A watch on every pursuit for amendments and Q&A, a submission checklist, closing-soon alerts, and search across every document in the workspace.
Branded Word and PDF
Export the response, the bid brief, the compliance matrix and the pipeline forecast in your own template and colours.
4 · Reach out
Contacts, sequences and campaigns — a person approves every send
Outreach grounded in why this organisation matched, sent from your own domain.
Named people, from public sources
Contracting officers on federal notices, SAM.gov points of contact, NPPES officials, officers in SEC filings, and contacts on the organisation’s own website — plus suggested email addresses, each marked verified or unverified.
Buyer personas and a pitch picker
Who buys each of your products, by title and seniority — and, before a draft is written, a choice of what to pitch to this organisation, suggested only where there is evidence.
First emails and multi-week sequences
AI drafts each touch from the match evidence; you review, edit and approve. Attach files from your library and send to several people at once.
Campaigns across many organisations
One message, personalised per organisation, throttled, with a compliant footer and one-click unsubscribe. A “held back” list shows who was left out — bounced, unsubscribed, unverified — and why.
Your domain, your replies
Send through your own mailbox — seven providers supported — under a daily limit that protects its reputation. Replies are captured back onto the lead (IMAP mailboxes today) and sorted by intent.
What is working
Reply rate per prospect, tracked links and calendar bookings, and an AI read of which messages earn answers. No open-rate theatre.
5 · Run the team
One queue, one pipeline, one record of who did what
Built for a small team that has to cover sales and bids at once.
Today
One ordered queue of what needs a person: replies to answer, touches due, RFPs closing, amendments to acknowledge, Tier A leads awaiting a decision.
Pipeline and forecast
Leads and pursuits by stage, assigned to people, with a value forecast weighted by win probability. Saved views, bulk actions, CSV export and a command palette.
Alerts where you work
In-app, email, Slack and webhooks — each person chooses. Alerts on new matching RFPs, and a weekly digest.
VeloAI assistant
Ask about your pipeline, or open it on a lead or an RFP and ask “should we bid on this?” — it answers from that record.
Roles, SSO and an audit trail
Admin, editor and reader roles with per-person permissions, Azure AD single sign-on, two-factor sign-in, and a log of every action. Each workspace’s data is isolated at the database.
6 · Agencies
One workspace for every client you work for
For firms that prepare bids or run outreach on behalf of other companies.
Each client is its own company
Its own profile, products, leads, bids, teaming partners, library, mailbox and proposal template. Nothing of one client’s reaches another client’s proposal or email.
All clients, side by side
Today, Overview and Metrics across every client you serve — then one click into the client that needs you. One login for your team; your clients never need an account.
One price, one AI bill
A flat price however many clients you take on. AI use is metered per client, so you can see what each one costs you.
7 · Connect
Fits the tools you already use
Stay the system your team lives in — or feed the one they already do.
HubSpot, Slack and webhooks
Approved leads, contacts and deals sync to HubSpot, and stage changes come back. Every event can post to Slack or to your own endpoint.
Your own Claude, connected
A one-click connector (MCP) lets your Claude read your leads, pursuits and contract vehicles — scoped to your workspace, read-only.
Bring your own AI key
On the BYOK plans the AI runs on your Anthropic key and is billed to your account — nothing else changes.
Browser or desktop app
Use it in the browser, or install it as an app in its own window. Seven themes, including one tested for colour-blind readers.
Everything above is live today, on every plan. What we are building next — and what we have decided not to build — is on the roadmap.
